Concrete additions are add-ons that are constructed exactly to your needs and liking. Whatever ideas you may have, we can easily accommodate them with our concrete additions. In the past, we have helped clients add on driveway extensions to enhance their driveways, as well as building garages, patios, porches, and other pathways or walkways for greater walking ease. Concrete additions can amplify your outdoor space while also providing more practical space that you need for other storage or activities.
Driveway extensions can be built as an add-on to your existing driveway. Many clients find that their current driveway is not using as much as is available, nor is it as functional as it could be. To add on extra space to your driveway, we’ll have to pave away part of your lawn to either expand it forward via a strip of concrete or expand it sideways in width. Driveway extensions do not need to overlap into your home, walkway, or porch, nor do they need to interfere with your home’s existing infrastructure. Instead, they can give you more space for storage of your vehicles and trash bins, or other tools.
Garages are the obvious choice to store your car when not in use. If your home doesn’t already have a finished garage and you would like to add one, why not consider concrete for your garage’s flooring? We can install concrete on the garage floors and finish them off with an epoxy coating that brightens the floors, creates a shiny effect, and ensures that they are easy to clean and maintain. Adding an epoxy coating to your garage floors prevents them from staining from car oils and other harsh chemicals that you might keep in your garage, thus prolonging the lifespan of your concrete garage floors.
Patios and Porches
Patios and porches can be built onto your home’s existing outdoor space to accommodate unused space that you might have in the front or back of your home. We can built concrete additions using traditional or standard concrete, as well as staining and stamping it if you want to customize it more. Concrete staining is done by adding a tint of color to the surface layer of concrete to enhance the shade of it. Concrete stamping is done by adding a patterned stencil or design to the concrete before it has completely dried to give it a tile-like or brick-like appearance.
Looking to improve your existing walkways or add some onto your landscape? We can offer our premier concrete services to add some concrete walkways to your outdoor space, connecting your front or back porch to the rest of your outdoor space and even to your driveway, patio, or deck. For walkways, we often use concrete slabs to form the outline of the walkway and implant them into the ground securely to make for easier pedestrian ways. That way, if one of the concrete slabs becomes cracked or damaged, it is easier to replace and often cheaper.
